ABOUT JOHN
I am freelance photographer and author, forever in love with the capture of
the human condition and the natural world environment in my photographic
images.
My specialty is in the use of Leica cameras and high speed lens, and using natural
available lighting, to capture my unique images. I shoot in a pure street documentary style, to capture that
extraordinary moment which can best express my vision of reality as it unfolds
in front of me, that moment of excitement, beauty and humanism in the modern
condition. Photography has been the
vehicle to express that connection, that emotional connection with my subjects
and landscapes.

ABOUT YOKE
I am a naturalist, freelance wildlife artist, and author.
I am also co-founder of the former Delaware Valley Eagle Alliance (a 501 (C)(3) NFP), producer and organizer of the award winning EagleFest (one of the largest and longest running eagle festivals in the US). and co-founder and
editor of Nature's Newsletter (an online publication).
After a long absence, I picked up my pencils and began to draw again. My drawings are inspired by my lifelong commitment to wildlife preservation and providing wildlife a voice. My focus is wildlife of the Americas. My medium is graphite. Using the simplicity of black and white, I strive for a 'true-to-life' representation of each species I draw while also creating expressiveness and graceful form, and connecting us all to
the compelling wonders of wildlife and the natural environment. I am currently working on ‘Drawing Wildlife of the Americas’, a project to draw 60+ wildlife species of the Americas for a book. All are drawn on a white background thereby bringing each species to the forefront and strengthening their voice.
