PET PORTRAITS BY YOKE
Sharing your life with an animal family member is such an enriching experience. And a portrait is really a beautiful and personal way to celebrate that - the life that you share together.
I can be commissioned to create original drawings using your own photographs, making for a precious gift or a fabulous addition to your own home. A head shot, at or above the collar, typically makes for the best portrait. I spend many hours of care and attention on each portrait to ensure that the character and details that make your animal companion so special are recreated in your portrait.
Materials and Finishing
All drawings are created using the finest materials and acid-free paper. Portraits are mounted in a neutral/off-white acid-free mat with an acid-free back and are ready to fit into a standard frame.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upfront when commissioning the drawing. The remaining balance is due when the drawing is complete and before I send it to you. My lead time can be from 3 weeks to 4 months depending on my workload. I will update you as I go along, and I will also email you an image of the final piece before it is sent. I ship UPS insured. Shipping times range from 1 – 4 business days and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Animal portrait commissions for a single subject are priced below (for more than one subject or to include a background to the drawing, please contact me). Frames are not included. The price does not include postage, which will be invoiced at cost:
